Fantastic list especially if you want to read something light-hearted. Number 5 and 1 are my faves, never heard of 7 I’ll have to check it out…..

I was wondering if any Wilder was going to make your list – saved the best for last! I remember reading her as a little girl and feeling VERY lucky to be born when I was!

I just re-read Little Women last year. It sparked enough interest for me to visit the Alcott home and to watch the American Masters special on PBS. That is ongoing now actually – if you haven’t seen it and don’t know much about Louisa’s life history you would probably find it interesting since you enjoyed her book.

My father was born and raised in South Dakota, I have been there during winter months and didn’t like it. But I learned how to walk with snowshoes!! LOL

We here in South Texas Coast are gonna get hit by the frigid air come this afternoon….or so it’s predicted!
